Jean M Richa, a long time resident of Lake Havasu City and Kingman broke her worldly bonds on Saturday June 8, 2019. Jean was born September 11, 1922 in Harrisburg, PA. She grew up in the Chicago area with her two sisters, Adele, her younger sister and Audrey, being the oldest in a dedicated Masonic family and joined the Order of Eastern Star Kelvin Park Chapter. Jean was an active member holding offices in the Havasu #61 Chapter OES, and Kingman #17 OES Chapter. She was appointed Grand Representative to Florida in Arizona. The reward of hard work
I remember, as a child, watching a television show called ‘Dobie Gillis.’ One of the characters was a beatnik by the name of Maynard G. Krebs. Every time the word ‘work’ was mentioned, Maynard would jerk as though a cold chill ran through his entire body, and he would raise his voice in tone and pitch to produce a squeak and say “WORK?” Obviously, his beatnik lifestyle was like an allergy to any kind of labor. Richard Lee Hanson Sr., of Kingman, died Tuesday, July 9, 2019. He was 88. Mr. Hanson was born Nov. 4, 1930 in Lincoln, Nebraska. The family contact is his son Larry Wayne Hanson. Arrangements were made by Sutton Memorial Funeral Home.

David Michael Johns, of Kingman, died Friday, July 5, 2019. He was 62. Mr. Johns was born Nov. 7, 1956 in San Diego, Calif.
