Motorcycle crash was fatal

FT. MOHAVE – The Department of Public Safety (DPS) has partially updated details regarding a motorcycle traffic fatality in Fort Mohave. The incident at milepost 236 on State Route 95 was reported at 3:38 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 12.

DPS Media Relations Specialist Bart Graves said a motorcycle was southbound on the highway when its operator ran into the back of a van and fell onto the roadway.

“The fallen motorcyclist was then struck by another vehicle,” Graves said. “He was pronounced dead on scene.”

Graves identified the victim as Brian Torres Le. He said the incident report did not include the victim’s age or hometown, but that the motorcycle is registered in California.
