BULLHEAD CITY – The company that operates the Moss Mine outside Bullhead City has agreed to pay a former contractor to resolve a legal dispute. The Northern Vertex Mining Corp. has announced its Golden Vertex Corp. subsidiary will pay $250,000 to M.C. Donegan LLC, a firm that previously provided drilling and blasting services at the gold and silver mine.

M.C. Donegan will also be issued 365,100 common shares in the capital of the company to settle the business beef.
