Mohave College to host presidential finalists for campus and community forums March 24 and 25

mohave college

MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave College will welcome four presidential candidate finalists to the Neal Campus-Kingman (NCK), Bullhead City Campus (BHC), Lake Havasu Campus (LHC) and Colorado City Campus (CCC) on Tuesday, March 24, and Wednesday, March 25, for a series of forums with employees, students, and community members. The CCC forum will be held via Zoom.

The college received nearly 90 applicants in a nationwide search. The Presidential Search Committee and Mohave College District Board of Governors worked diligently to advance finalists who align with the Presidential Profile, which was shaped by employee, student, and community input, including public forums and a survey conducted last fall.

The Board engaged the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT), a nationally recognized leader in higher education executive searches, to guide the process, including profile development, candidate recruitment, and consultation throughout the search.

Finalist names and information about each candidate will be released on March 16, along with information about Zoom options for those unable to attend in person.

Employee Forums for each candidate will also be streamed live from the Neal Campus-Kingman on the College YouTube channel.
