Mohave College students inducted to biological honor society

MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave College Beta Beta Beta (TriBeta)-Epsilon Chi Gamma Chapter held its induction ceremony to welcome a new class of students into the honor society.

The honor society is for undergraduate students dedicated to improving the understanding and appreciation of biological study and extending boundaries of human knowledge through scientific research.

Students inducted are as follows: Breanna Briggs, Ashley Miller, Erwin Prieto, Alexis Rogers, Brandy Wilson, Patricia Basel, Emily Bernard, Jesika Brule, Kaylie Burnham, Kody Carder, Kylie Conley, Christina Danielson, Noalle Figueroa-tamayo, Catherine Gardner, Jessica Haus, Marina Martinez, Sorada Miner, Sarah Puerner, Faith Reynoso, Ana Sandoval Gutierrez, Amanda Twiford, Krista Wealch, Jessie West and Maranda Wilson.

The ceremony also honored graduating members for their time and dedication to the society. Students graduating are Patricia Basel, Breanna Briggs, Noalle Figueroa-tamayo, Alexis Rogers and Amanda Twiford.

The ceremony was hosted by chapter advisors Dr. Eric Osborn and Dr. Cesar Fuentes. Both advisors welcomed students, friends and family to the ceremony. Advisors left students with encouraging words to continue their academic journeys supporting each other.

Mohave College President Dr. Tim Culver and Dr. Jenna Lowder, Dean of Student and Community Engagement-Lake Havasu Campus, attended the ceremony to congratulate and support students on their educational achievements and scientific dedication across the College’s biology and health programs.
