Mohave College hosts career fair at Advanced Manufacturing Training Center

MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave College Career Services and Arizona@Work are hosting the Fuel Your Career: Career & Eats Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27, at the Advanced Manufacturing Training Center (AMTC) in Kingman.

The event is designed for students enrolled in Career and Technical Education programs, offered at the AMTC, including welding, fabrication, HVAC, commercial electrical, CAD and more. Local and regional employers seeking skilled talent in these fields will be on site to connect with students about job openings, apprenticeships and future career pathways.

The Fuel Your Career event is focused on CTE programs to better align with the specialized skills and workforce demands of advanced manufacturing industries. Employers attending are actively seeking candidates with specialized training, creating opportunities for more meaningful conversations and stronger connections.

Businesses that are planned to be at the career fair are Crown Equipment Corporation, Airgas, Lincoln Electric and ISCO Industries.

Students will have the opportunity to meet hiring managers, explore career options, receive on-site resume support and gain career tips while networking early for future employment opportunities. Free food will be provided to attendees.

The event is hosted by Mohave College Career Services and will take place in the AMTC second-floor conference space. Attendance is open to students, alumni and community members.
