Mohave College Corporate Education to offer Arizona real estate courses

MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave College Corporate Education will host an Arizona Real Estate Continuing Education training event from 8:15 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday, July 22, at the Mohave College Beale Street Center, Room 106, 309 E. Beale Street.

The event provides Arizona real estate professionals with the opportunity to earn up to six hours of Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE)-approved continuing education credit while gaining practical skills they can immediately apply to their business.

The event will feature two three-hour courses. AI for Real Estate Licensees will be held from 9 a.m. to noon and will focus on using artificial intelligence to improve efficiency, marketing, and client communication. The second course, Financing and TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures) will cover financing options, disclosure requirements, and TRID regulations. Participants can earn up to six hours of ADRE-approved continuing education credit.

“Continuing education should be more than simply meeting a licensing requirement. Our goal is to provide courses that give real estate professionals practical knowledge and tools they can put to work immediately,” said Janice Berkenheger, Corporate Education & Career Training Program Manager. “By combining timely topics like artificial intelligence with essential legal and financing updates, we’re helping REALTORS® strengthen their business while earning the continuing education credits they need.”

Instruction will be led by Karen Bohler, an Arizona Department of Real Estate-approved instructor. Bohler has taught real estate since 2001 and is known for her engaging, practical approach to education. As an Arizona designated broker and experienced educator, she combines real-world expertise with instruction that professionals can immediately implement in their business practices.

Registration is $25 for one course or $35 for both courses. The event is sponsored by New American Funding, Foothills Bank and Chicago Title Agency.
