MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave College Corporate Education is offering Arizona real estate professionals an opportunity to complete up to 12 hours of continuing education during its Arizona Real Estate Continuing Education Half Renewathon.
The two-day training will take place Sept. 15 and 16 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. It will be held in Room 203C at the Lake Havasu City Campus, 1977 W. Acoma Blvd. Participants may register for one course or attend all four approved continuing education courses.
The Half Renewathon includes four Arizona Department of Real Estate approved courses covering key topics that help real estate professionals stay current on industry requirements and best practices. The first day of the Half Renewathon covers land use and subdivision regulations, as well as real estate ethics, Arizona Commissioner’s Rules and professional conduct. The second day focuses on fair housing and disclosure practices, including protected classes, disclosure laws and licensee responsibilities in Arizona real estate transactions.
The training is designed to strengthen participants’ knowledge of land use, ethics, fair housing and disclosure responsibilities while helping them meet Arizona continuing education requirements.
The cost is $75, which includes breakfast, lunch and both days of training. Meals are sponsored by First American Home Warranty, ROC Title Agency West, Chicago Title Agency and Ace Pest Control.
