Michelle Robin Guenther

11/23/1964 – 10/15/2025 

Michelle “Shelly” Guenther, 60, passed away peacefully on October 15, 2025, in Prescott, Arizona. 

Michelle, born on November 23, 1964 in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Michelle was a pillar of strength and wisdom to all who knew her. She touched the lives of countless people with her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love. Her legacy will forever be etched in our hearts. Michelle was a 1983 Kingman High School Graduate. 

Michelle Guenther was a devoted mother, grandmother, and aunt. She is survived by her son, Christopher (Angelina) Bartmus; her grandchildren, Jennyfer, Kira, Daimen, Liam, James, and Maximus; her siblings, Marian “Rene” Guenther and Michael Guenther; her niece DeShae (Jacob) Fangmeyer; and nephew Ty (Tanika) Harper; and her great nephews and niece, Luke, AmberLynn, Finn, and Tristen. She is presided in death by her daughter, Rochelle Pedi; and her parents, Deanna Lindsay (Guenther) and James Guenther. 

Throughout her life, Michelle was known for her passions and talents. She was an avid bowler who participated in the Wednesday night women’s league for many years, as well as being an active youth bowling coach. Michelle loved to travel and go on trips to amusement parks with her daughter, grandchildren, and her other family members. Michelle was also a diehard Minnesota Vikings fan, and would often be seen sporting the trademark Vikings colors, purple and yellow.

A Celebration of Life will be held on November 15, 2025, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at the Kathryn Heidenreich Adult Center located at 1776 Airway Ave., Kingman, AZ. Friends and family are invited to join us in remembering and honoring this remarkable woman. The family would like to thank all the staff at Granite Creek Rehabilitation in Prescott, Arizona, for all their love, support, and care with Michelle. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Children’s Diabetes Foundation, 

Rest in peace, to our dear mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. You will forever be our guiding light.
