The MCC Board of Governors approved the project during its May 2023 meeting.

MCC selected Kinney Construction Services, Inc., as its Design-Build Contractor. KCS is working with Todd & Associates, Inc., the project Architect. The Design-Build team was selected through a public solicitation process in May 2023.

Construction is expected to be completed in July 2024.
