MCC budget information session open to public

MOHAVE COUNTY — Mohave Community College invites the public to learn how it obtains and spends public funds at its upcoming Budget Information Sessions.

The sessions will take place at 5:30 p.m. on June 3 via Zoom, with rooms available on each campus for attendees to watch the sessions and ask questions.

Linda Green, MCC’s Executive Director of Business Services, will explain the college’s budget process and answer questions about college finances.

MCC President Dr. Stacy Klippenstein encourages community members within the MCC District to participate.

“The college is here to benefit our local students and communities, and it doesn’t happen without wise fiscal management,” said Dr. Klippenstein. “We want to give all of our community members an opportunity to learn about the college budget process, which is really the engine that ensures the college is able to continue to provide such great value to people throughout the MCC service area.”

For questions about the Budget Information Sessions, contact Linda Green at LGreen@Mohave.edu.
