LAKE HAVASU CITY – A Lake Havasu City man accused of sexual relations with his young daughter was acquitted at trial Thursday. Public Defender Robin Puchek said the Mohave County Superior Court jury deliberated about 30 minutes before finding 37-year-old Shawn Lombardi not guilty of child molestation and sexual conduct with a minor.
Puchek said the primary defense contention was that the alleged victim and her mother fabricated the allegations.
