Lions to host Mohave County Constable Mike Cobb

KINGMAN  – The public is welcome to join the Kingman Mohave Lions for their Thursday, September 16 meeting at noon at Golden Corral.

Mohave County Constable Mike Cobb  will share the history and duties of a Constable, and therewith answer questions. This should be a very informative meeting including discussion as to what is a Constable, how long have Constables been in existence what do they do; how do they assist in our community; and when are they most needed?

The Lions is a charitable service organization, providing scheduled eye screenings, and providing eye exams and glasses for those school age children who need assistance. Also, as part of the many other Lions’ community activities, there Lions facilitate the Leos, for high school students, and provide scholarships to qualifying Leos.
