Library offers free summer programs for adults

The following free programs are available at the Mohave County Library Kingan branch, 3269 N. Burbank. For more information call 928-692-2665.

The Apollo Program: Thursdays beginning May 30 from 6 to 7 p.m. Part I of 5- The Men: May 30. Short biographies of the astronauts and introductions to other key figures. Part 2 of 5- The Machines: June 6. A detailed look at the Command Module, Service Module, and the Lunar Module. Part 3 of 5 – The Mammoth: June 13. A detailed look at the Saturn V launch vehicle.

High Desert Astronomy Club presentation on Tuesday, June 4 from 6 to 7 p.m. Learn about the night sky around Kingman.
