LHCFD Promotes Jeff Kemp to Deputy Chief of Administration

LAKE HAVASU — Lake Havasu City is proud to announce the promotion of Battalion Chief Jeff Kemp to the position of Deputy Chief of Administration, effective July 5, 2025.
