LHCFD Promotes Jeff Kemp to Deputy Chief of Administration

LAKE HAVASU — Lake Havasu City is proud to announce the promotion of Battalion Chief Jeff Kemp to the position of Deputy Chief of Administration, effective July 5, 2025.

Fire Chief Pete Pilafas expressed his strong support for Jeff’s promotion, stating, “Jeff Kemp’s dedication and leadership over the past 35 years have been essential to the success of our department. His extensive experience and commitment to public safety make him the ideal candidate to serve as Deputy Chief of Administration.”

Jeff Kemp has dedicated over three decades to serving the Lake Havasu City community, exemplifying professionalism and a steadfast commitment to excellence. In his new role, he oversees the administrative functions of the department, ensuring operational efficiency and continued service excellence.
