LHC temporarily closing western entrance to London Bridge Beach Park

LAKE HAVASU CITY – As the City works towards bringing reclaimed water to the London Bridge Beach Park for irrigation purposes, there will be a need to perform a two-day closure on consecutive days to allow for pipe installation across the western entrance of the London Bridge Beach access road for seamless pipe installation to occur.

The City is planning to close the western entrance of the park on Monday, June 15th and Tuesday, June 16th to allow for installation of the piping. The closure will start at 6:00 am on Monday and last until 6:00 pm on Wednesday.

There will still be access to London Bridge Beach via the northern entrance off McCulloch Blvd and there will be room prior to the closed area to allow traffic to turn around to head back towards the northern entrance.

The public is asked to use caution and follow the construction signs when traveling near the construction area.
