Lake Havasu City announces upcoming Lunch & Learn for Contractors

LAKE HAVASU CITY — Lake Havasu City invites all contractors to attend an upcoming free Lunch & Learn on doing business with the City. The event takes place on Tuesday, February 11, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Municipal Courthouse, located at 92 Acoma Boulevard South, and includes lunch for all registered attendees.

As Lake Havasu City continues to invest in infrastructure, facilities, and community improvements, the City values strong partnerships with businesses that help build, maintain, and support the community. This Lunch & Learn is designed to assist contractors with navigating the City’s bidding and procurement process and to encourage participation in future project opportunities.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the team behind the procurement process, learn how projects are advertised, and gain practical insight into what the City looks for in competitive, successful submissions. City representatives will walk through each stage of the process, from locating open solicitations to submitting a bid in an informal and welcoming setting that encourages questions and open discussion.

Whether participants are new to City contracting or have years of experience, this event is intended to provide clear guidance, build stronger connections, and support the continued growth of the local contracting community.

Registration is now open, and space may be limited. RSVP by January 31st and save a seat at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/doing-business-with-the-city-lunch-and-learn-tickets-1980013814620?aff=oddtdtcreator
