LAKE HAVASU CITY – In an effort to preserve our roadways, The Lake Havasu City Maintenance Services Division announces the nighttime closure of Lake Havasu Ave. from Mesquite Ave. to Swanson Ave. for routine maintenance. The roadway will be closed to through traffic on Lake Havasu Ave. from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Sunday, May 9 to Tuesday, May 11 subject to weather and other conditions. Mesquite Ave., McCulloch Blvd. and Swanson Ave. will remain open to through traffic with restricted turn movements and restricted lanes. Motorists are encouraged to find alternate routes, allow themselves extra travel time and follow all construction signage.
