Young Marine Unit Commander Robert Skankey (R) and a squad of Kingman Young Marines who assisted with the Toys For Tots Program.

Dear Editor,

The Kingman Marine Corps League has official closed our Toys For Tots program for 2023. With help from the greater Kingman area, we were able to provide toys to 387 families with a total of 1417 children.  We want to thank all of you who supported our TFT program for 2023. We would particularly like to recognize the Kingman Golden Valley Association of Realtors who has been the main sponsor of the program for over 15 years, and the basketball teams of Kingman High and Kingman Academy for  their donation of over 800 toys. A rumor says that their goal for 2024 is 1000 toys. The employees of Linde, in Golden Valley and Westlake, in Yucca, out did themselves this year with their toy donations.
