Kingman Police Department announces new office hours

thunderstorm with dark clouds

Based upon a successful pilot program with the fire administration and engineering department to expand hours of service, the Kingman Police Department, beginning Monday, April 22, will begin a Monday through Thursday work week, closed on Fridays.

The lobby will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  It is hoped that this will provide the public more convenient access before and after regular work hours.   Police and emergency services will not be affected by the change in hours of operation.  As always, an after-hours phone is available in the lobby of the police department that provides instant access to the police dispatch center.

Police Chief Bob DeVries has stated that the new hours of operation will be evaluated after a 90-day period.  Feedback can be provided by sending an email to adminpd@cityofkingman.gov
