Kingman gets new Starbucks store

KINGMAN – A new Starbucks store should be in operation in Kingman later this year. Scottsdale-based Diversified Partners hosted a May 27 groundbreaking ceremony for the project.

The freestanding 2,450 sq. ft.  store with a dedicated drive-thru lane is planned on a one-acre parcel at 3441 E Andy Devine Avenue, directly south of the Chevron station at the intersection with Airway Avenue.

A news release said the development is valued at just above $3 million. A 16-week construction schedule is anticipated before the building is turned over for tenant improvement work and opening the last quarter of this year.
