KINGMAN – Authorities are looking for a Kingman family that vanished after a planned camping outing at Katherine’s Landing in Bullhead City. Kingman police are hoping the public will provide information helping them locate Erika Irene Allison, 36, her husband Joshua Robert Martinez, 30, and Psymon J. Kelly, Allison’s 17-year-old son.

Police spokeswoman Jennifer Sochocki said it is believed that the family left Kingman on Sept. 11 for a 7–10-day excursion at Lake Mohave. She said the 4-door gray 2005 Toyota Corolla (wheelchair license plate GAC93) was last leaving a residence in the 2400 block of Karen Avenue.

Sochocki said a king-sized memory foam mattress was strapped to the hood and that the trio was traveling with two dogs: a black and white female miniature pinscher chihuahua mix and a larger male dog tan in color.

“Members of their family attempted to locate Allison, Martinez, or Kelly at Katherine’s Landing, Princess Cove, areas of Golden Valley, Oatman Rd., and along the Colorado River in the Bullhead City area,” Sochocki said. She said the National Park Service engaged in an unsuccessful search for the trio and their vehicle.

Allison is described as a white female, about 5’3” and 115 lbs. with brown eyes and a recently shaved head. Martinez is described as a white male, about 5’5” and 120-130 lbs., brown hair, green eyes and a recently shaved head. Kelly is described as a white male, about 6’0” and 190 lbs., blond hair, and brown eyes.

Sochocki said there’s concern that the trio did not have a cell phone and that Martinez left behind his disability medication.

An attempt to locate alert has been issued to area law enforcement agencies and anyone with information regarding the missing family is urged to contact Kingman police at 928-753-2191.
