KINGMAN – Interior remodeling continues at the former Hot Rod Cafe at 2215 Hualapai Mountain Road in Kingman. The building will reopen as the Kingman Craft House. The Kingman City Council has signaled its approval for a Series No. 12-Restaurant liquor license for the enterprise.
