Keith G. Benton

4/19/1948 – 9/24/2024

Beloved husband and father Keith G. Benton passed away from cancer on September 24 early in the morning. He loved the Lord and was saved from eternal separation through his belief in Jesus as his Savior.

He was survived by his wife Beverly Benton and five children, Leisha, Loree, Lynette, Shawn and Carey. He was blessed with 15 grandchildren and also three great-grandchildren. He is also survived by four siblings.

Keith was born in Torrance, California, moved to Wyoming, Kansas, Colorado and then finally settled in Kingman, Ariz. He had a long career in law enforcement, then went to school to become a counselor while pastoring off and on throughout that time.

He was Pastor of Valle Vista Community Church for the last couple years. He mentored and loved on all of those around him and was known for writing several books about God’s word and how to apply it to your life, marriage and future outlooks on what is to come.

Keith was also an avid gun enthusiast and loved time with friends at the range.

He will be missed by Beverly and kids and his church family. We will be laid to rest in Chloride, Ariz. A memorial serice will be announced at a later date.
