MOHAVE COUNTY — Mohave Community College (MCC) invites business leaders and community members to attend “Registered Apprenticeships: A Simplified Accelerator” on Wednesday, July 24, from 9 to 11:30 am. The event will be held at the MCC Beale Street Center located at 309 Beale Street in downtown Kingman.

This event provides an opportunity to learn how to partner with MCC and ARIZONA@WORK to develop a Registered Apprenticeship Program tailored to meet your workforce needs. Registered Apprenticeship programs are a proven model to help you recruit, develop, and retain talent, ultimately growing your business.

Benefits of Registered Apprenticeship Programs:

Flexible Training Options: Ensure workers develop the right skills through customized training programs.

Community Investment: Demonstrate your commitment to the local community.

Increased Productivity: Improve your company’s productivity, profitability, and overall performance.

Diverse Workforce: Recruit and develop a highly skilled and diverse workforce.

Reduced Turnover: Improve employee loyalty and retention.

Company Culture: Vet workers and instill your company’s values and culture.

This event is brought to you by the Arizona Apprenticeship Office, Department of Economic Security, in collaboration with Mohave Community College and ARIZONA@WORK.

Come and learn how Registered Apprenticeships can benefit your business and contribute to the growth of our communities.  The event is being held at the Neal-Campus Kingman and for those who cannot attend in-person a virtual link is available.  Those interested in attending virtually should RSVP online at https://www.mohave.edu/registered-apprenticeships
