Industrial park land sales pending

KINGMAN – Economic Development Manager Bennett Bratley is optimistic the City of Kingman may achieve a significant land sale at the Kingman Airport Industrial Park. Bratley told the Airport and Industrial Park Advisory Commission Monday that bids will be opened Thursday for a 30-acre parcel that can be sold for no less than $1,975,000.

Bratley said at least one party will submit a bid for the property. The identity of the potential purchaser has not been disclosed.

Bratley told Commissioners a couple of other industrial park parcels have also drawn interest from the private sector. “We’ve had a lot of activity and I’m excited about some of these sales that are potentially happening,” Bratley said.
