In-custody death under investigation

KINGMAN – The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office said an inmate died of natural causes while in custody at the Adult Detention Center in Kingman. Agency spokeswoman Anita Mortensen said the determination comes from the Medical Examiner’s Office.

Mortensen said Terrance Marsden, 62, was discovered dead in his jail cell on Friday, Aug. 11. Marsden was awaiting trial for attempted murder and other charges following his June arrest for a drive-by shooting in Bullhead City.
