In the 1955 western movie “A Lawless Street” those who wanted power hired a gunman to rid the city of the lawman, in this case the sheriff, so they could take over the city and all the businesses. The sheriff was eventually gunned down. Although he was only wounded, his friend pronounced him dead and took him away and took care of him.
What followed was widespread mayhem with free drinks for the whole town, rioting, and killing. Those in power were rejoicing thinking that they had won. Anyone who stood against them were destroyed or punished, forced to do what they were told because there was no law, order or punishment for their actions.
Sound familiar? Although this is just a movie, reality is, what we seem to be experiencing today. Where those in power want to get rid of our President no matter what and at the cost of many. They will use anything to get power.
What will be the end of this story? Will we finally self-destruct by defunding our police departments and disrespecting our military and those on the front lines? What’s wrong with this picture? We need law and order. We need our police departments, military and those on the front lines.
Those in power must be stopped in order for us to come back from destruction. It’s the only way to peace. It will be a fight in the beginning but those who believe in America, our Values and the Constitution as it is written, will ultimately win. We must fight, not with rioting, killing and destruction but by voting for those who believe in Truth, Justice and the American Way
So again, I ask you, how will our story end?
