Housewarming held for new general contractor

LAKE HAVASU CITY — Concord General Contracting held an office housewarming party on Thursday at its new location at 2265 Swanson Ave., Suite 100 in Lake Havasu City.  The company previously was located in Havasu’s co-working space known as Nomadic in the downtown.

It has two other offices in Mesa and Tucson.  While the Concord office has a new location in Havasu, the company’s stamp and presence on variety of projects in Mohave County is not new. Grenee Martacho, the company’s CEO, said Concord has had a 10-year-relationship with the Lake Havasu Unified School District working on variety of projects, has also worked on Mohave County’s new “Reach Out” facility in Kingman and Havasu’s Main Street Commons project.

The company typically is focused on educational, religious/nonprofit, commercial and government buildings, according to its website. Visitors, including subcontractors and community members, had a variety of celebratory food options to partake in at Thursday’s housewarming event, including food from the True Eats food truck and decorative cookies.
