Havasu man charged with child sex offenses

LAKE HAVASU CITY – A Lake Havasu City man is charged with sex offenses involving a young girl. Police reports indicate investigation began in late August when the alleged 12-year-old victim leveled allegations against Michael Lee, 26.

Police were called in by the Department of Safety to whom the girl first reported. An officer narrative said investigation determined the girl claimed the offenses occurred over a two-year period when she was between 10 and 12-years old.

Allegations involving a variety of sexual activity at multiple locations are detailed in the narrative that said he also exposed the girl to pornography.

Lee was arrested on November 15 for four counts of sexual conduct with a minor and another charge of furnishing obscene materials to a minor.
