Havasu fishing club meetings resume

HAVASU – With September approaching Lake Havasu, many of the town’s clubs will be resuming their usual activities and meetings.  For fishing enthusiasts, they are in luck, as the Southwest Outfitters Kayak Fishing Club will be having a meeting next Saturday.

The fishing club was started by Southwest Outfitters owner Justin Butel because of his love for Hobie kayaks, fishing, and the great outdoors. The club’s ongoing events and activities are filled with fish opens and competitions.

Next week, the club welcomes new and experienced anglers to learn more about their club. The latest tips and techniques for kayak fishing adventures in Lake Havasu will be shared at the meeting. The meeting invites insights from attendees and members.

Complimentary food and drink will be available along with a great opportunity to meet others who share a passion for kayak fishing additionally, the club is free to join. More information about the club’s ongoing meetings and competition can be explored by visiting their Southwest Outfitter Fishing Facebook page.

The Southwest Outfitters Kayak Fishing club is scheduled to meet on Saturday, Sept. 7 at 3 p.m. at the Southwest Outfitters retail store.  Come on down and meet the club at this informative gathering and discover your inner kayak fishing spirit.
