Grace Lutheran to host two holiday events in December

KINGMAN — Grace Lutheran Church (GLC) in Kingman will have two community events in December.

On Sunday, December 14, there will be a special service of lessons and carols at 9 a.m. GLC will be following prophecy through the Old Testament with a special service.  The Bells of Glory will play three numbers, the choir will sing three numbers, and the youth chime choir will play as well.  All are welcome.

Christmas can be a very difficult time of year and the holidays can bring overwhelming stress to folks. In recognition of those in mourning, struggling with illness, job loss, or a myriad of other things, GLC is also holding a Blue Christmas service Sunday December 21 at 4 p.m. jointly with St. John’s United Methodist church.

Christmas Eve Candlelight service, complete with violin, will be from 5–7 p.m.  All are invited.

Grace Lutheran Church is located at 2101 Harrison St. in Kingman.
