KINGMAN – The City of Kingman will soon be releasing applications for a grant that local downtown businesses can apply for to improve the facades of their historic buildings. Get a jump on the process by attending this workshop and learning how to go about it.

The Small Business Association (SBDC) will host a free workshop Thursday, Aug. 15 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Kingman Powerhouse Visitor’s Center, 120 W. Andy Devine Ave. The workshop will cover creating a vibrant and walkable downtown, and learning what it will take to evaluate and decide your course of action to rehabilitate a historic storefront.
