For the Luv of Paws Animal Rescue to host annual open house

GOLDEN VALLEY – The nonprofit For the Luv of Paws Animal Rescue will be holding its 18th annual open house beginning Saturday April 5. Visitors will be able to meet with the many dogs, cats and ferrets available for adoption. 

The open house will be held on Saturday, April 5 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. as well as Sunday, April 6 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Light refreshments will be available. 

The rescue is located at 8115 W. Oatman Why, Historic Rt 66, approximately eight miles northeast of Oatman. It is 15 miles southwest of intersection of Shinarump Dr. And Oatman Hwy, between Cool Springs and Ed’s Camp, mile marker 33. Directions may also be picked up in downtown Kingman at Pawsitively Charming Thrift Shoppe, located at 204 N. 4th St. 

For the Luv of Paws is a fully permitted, no-kill rescue and sanctuaryThe rescue accepts donation of dog and cat food, as well as pet supplies that may offset operating costs.
