Feral Cat Warriors put on a show for “Paws of Appreciation”

KINGMAN — Feral Cat Warriors welcomed the community to come together for an evening of music, gratitude, and compassion at “Paws of Appreciation,” a free volunteer and community appreciation concert last Saturday, September 27, at Metcalfe Park in Kingman.

As part of the event, attendees were encouraged to bring unopened bags or cans of cat and dog food. Donations go to animals in need in the local area. Photos by Vincent Leclair

Local band Goodheart AZ kicked off last weekend’s Paws of Appreciation concert at Metcalfe Park in Kingman. Goodheart opened for Petty and the Heart Shakers, a nationally acclaimed Tom Petty tribute band.

Even a few feline friends braved Saturday’s rain to hear Goodheart AZ and Petty and the Heart Shakers at Metcalfe Park in Kingman. The concert was sponsored by Feral Cat
Warriors.
