Fatal head-on collision on Highway 95 south of Havasu 

LAKE HAVASU CITY — A deadly traffic accident 22 miles south of Lake Havasu City remains under investigation by the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS). The agency said the head on, two vehicle collision on highway 95 occurred late Sunday afternoon, May 4.

DPS spokesman Bart Graves said a southbound pickup truck crossed the center line of the highway, resulting in the crash with an oncoming RV.

The RV driver was transported to an area hospital for treatment of injuries described as minor. The name of the other driver who was dead at the scene is withheld pending notification of kin.
