Fass sentenced to 20 years and lifetime probation

A 20-year prison term has been imposed for a Bullhead City man who admits involving his eight-year-old stepdaughter in sexual activity. The punishment imposed April 4 was stipulated in a plea agreement convicting Ciprano Fass, 33, of sexual conduct with a minor and attempted child molestation.

Prosecutor Jacob Cote said the 2017 crimes involved inappropriate touching between Fass and the girl at a residence in the 2000 block of Buccaneer Drive. Fass hung his head and said little during the sentencing hearing.

Judge Bill Sipe ordered that Fass will serve lifetime probation upon completion of his prison sentence.
