Family nurse practitioner Erin Black joins KRMC Mountain Shadow Clinic

KINGMAN — Kingman Regional Medical Center welcomes Erin Black, FNP-C to the primary care team at Mountain Shadow Family Medicine.

As a board-certified family nurse practitioner, Black provides primary care to patients of all ages, including regular exams and preventive care, care for acute illness, and management of chronic conditions.

Black brings decades of healthcare experience to the Mountain Shadow team. She began her healthcare career in high school as a CNA at Kingman Regional Medical Center. Black then became a registered nurse and cared for patients in the ICU, emergency department, and even as a flight nurse.

In 2023, she earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Maryville University of St. Louis, becoming a nurse practitioner.

Black likes to focus on preventive care in her practice. “I’m big on patient education and dietary and lifestyle modifications in order to improve overall health.”

As a Kingman native, Black says she is excited to be back with KRMC caring for her home community.
