Eight MCC students honored as 2024 All-Arizona Academic Team members

MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave Community College would like to congratulate eight students who have been selected as 2024 All-Arizona Academic Team members. Students honored with the award are: Tenny McWilliams (Bullhead City Campus); Jennifer Schaefle (Bullhead City Campus); Samantha Covey (Bullhead City Campus); Kevin Gauthun (Lake Havasu Campus); Ashley Teodosio (Lake Havasu Campus); Fiona Pedi (Kingman Campus); Mandie Price (Kingman Campus) and Alisa Hammon (North Mohave Campus).

Students were honored at a ceremony Wednesday in Phoenix with all other honorees from throughout Arizona. All-Arizona Academic Team members apply for either the University Transfer or the Workforce Pathway team categories.

Transfer team members receive a full tuition scholarship to any public university in Arizona after they graduate from MCC. The scholarship covers tuition for 10 consecutive undergraduate semesters, or 60 credits for the fall and spring semesters.

Students who are selected to represent MCC on the Workforce Pathway team may be considered for scholarships to obtain necessary career certifications, purchase tools or other industry-related items required to help start a successful career.
