LAUGHLIN, Nev. –Edgewater Casino Resort, located at 2020 S. Casino Dr., welcomes two Nevada favorites, PT’s and Stockman’s Steakhouse, this month. PT’s Express will take the place of Wild Style Burgers & Pizza, while Hickory Pit Steakhouse has been rebranded to become Stockman’s Steakhouse with flavorful new menu selections.
“The exciting additions of PT’s Express and Stockman’s Steakhouse will bring unforgettable new dining experiences to our guests,” said Sean Hammond, senior vice president and general manager of Aquarius Casino Resort and Edgewater Casino Resort. “PT’s Express will serve tavern favorites like burgers and wings; whereas Stockman’s Steakhouse will offer a high-end steakhouse experience with premium cuts served in an upscale dining room. With these two exciting additions to Edgewater, we’ll have some of the best cuisine in Laughlin.”
Located on the main casino level just south of the River Bar, the 1,115-square-foot PT’s Express will offer select favorites from PT’s Taverns including signature bone-in and boneless wings with a variety of sauces; Pub Classic Burger, topped with griddled onions, American cheese, shredded lettuce, pickles, tomato and PT’s signature burger sauce; cheesesteak sandwich made with shaved ribeye and topped with bell peppers, caramelized onions and American cheese; crispy fried chicken pizza topped with boneless wings, signature Gold Fever sauce, mozzarella cheese and house-made ranch; among others. PT’s Express will be open daily for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
A classic steakhouse, Stockman’s Steakhouse showcases USDA choice and higher cuts of beef alongside prime rib; Maine lobster ravioli with lemon, lobster and tarragon cream; brined and smoked bone-in pork chop served with roasted garlic and cheddar grits, broccoli and apple salad; among other entrees. Specialty and traditional sides, such as garlic mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and loaded baked potatoes; as well as salads, soups and starters round out the dining experience. Stockman’s Steakhouse will seat up to 145 guests in a 2,756-square-foot space and will be open daily for dinner at 3 p.m.
