Don’t forget to vote if eligible!

I’d like to remind Mohave County voters that only properly registered Democratic Party members are eligible to participate in Arizona’s March 17 Presidential Preference Election (PPE). The purpose is to determine which of the 18 Democratic Presidential candidates that Arizona will be nominating for the National Democratic Party.

The Arizona Republican Party previously determined that President Donald Trump will be Arizona’s nominee for the GOP National Party. Republicans, Independents and anyone not registered as a Democrat are ineligible to participate in the PPE.

Anyone uncertain of their voter registration status can gain clarification by visiting the Mohave County Website (www.mohavecounty.us).  Click on the Government tab and select the County Recorder’s page and the Voter Registration tab.

All Mohave County regular polling places will be open for PPE voting from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Unofficial PPE results will be posted on the Elections Page of the County Website.
