Deputies extend thanks to community

We at the Mohave County Deputies Association (MCDA) want to thank the citizens of Mohave County for the support we have received over the last few weeks.

MCDA members take pride in our communities and our contacts with our citizens. Our kids go to the same schools as yours, our family members work in the same offices as yours, we walk and drive the same streets as you.

We are dedicated to solving crime and keeping a peaceful, happy community for you, as well as ourselves, to live in. We try our best to show our love to the community while holding a firm grasp on crime. With the staffing levels and limited budgets we are given, we strive to stretch ourselves to be better every day for you, the citizens.

Our Boating Safety Division goes out of its way to teach safety and discipline on a weekly basis. Our K9s and their handlers are working hard in our community and schools. In-between calls, our Patrol Deputies contact our youth in parks to shoot hoops or throw a ball. Our Detectives are working tirelessly to solve sexual offenses, homicides, and frauds; so you as citizens have closure. The Search and Rescue, S.W.A.T., and Dive Rescue and Recovery teams are always on-call. They attend regular training, so whether you are enjoying our beautiful water or hiking in the cooler mountains; if something goes wrong they’re here to ensure you return home.

We see you, we feel your hurt. We are here to continue keeping the community we live in safe to the best of our abilities. Again, thank you for your support!

Your Mohave County Deputies
