Courts to institute higher filing fees

MOHAVE COUNTY –Justice Courts, Superior Courts, and Appellate courts will all see fee increases beginning December 28. This is for filing fees only.

On October 24, 2024, proposed amendments were presented to the Arizona Judicial Council to increase filing fees. The Council approved the proposal and recommended for adoption, which is an 18% filing fee increase.
