MOHAVE COUNTY – The citizens of Mohave County can expect the following activity from Mohave County Public Works during the week of March 16:
Arizona Strip: Road grading on Mt. Trumbull Loop in Main Street Valley and near Tuweep Valley in Colorado City.
Kingman: Road grading on 1) Jackrabbit Dr., 2) Quail Run Rd., 3) Buckhorn Dr., 4) Valley View Rd., 5) Buckhorn Bend, 6) Cottontail Tr., 7) Palo Christo Dr., 8) Sundown Rd. and 9) Greasewood Dr. Also, pot hole repairs and right of way repairs in the Butler area.
Hackberry: Road grading on Antares Rd.
Wikieup: Road grading on Back Rd.
Yucca: Road grading on 1) Signal Rd. from Mile 0 to Mile 12, 2) Alamo Rd. from Mile 3 to Mile 7, 3) Alamo Rd. from Mile 22 to Mile 28 and 4) Chicken Springs Rd. from Mile 0 to Mile 6.
Hualapai Mountain Area: Road grading on 1) Silver Springs Rd. and 2) Blake Ranch Rd. Also, crack sealing on DW Ranch Rd.
Golden Valley: Road grading on SE: 1) Hunt Rd. from Hwy. 68 to Shipp Dr., 2) Houck Rd. from Hwy. 68 to Collins Dr., 3) Horn Rd. from Hwy. 68 to Shipp Dr. and 4) Hope Rd. from Hwy. 68 to Redwall Dr. S: Blading road shoulders on Oatman Hwy. from Shinarump Dr. to old Mobile station. NE: 1) Kelvin Rd. from Hwy. 68 to Chino Dr., 2) Kayenta Rd. from Chino Dr. to end of maintenance, 3) Kayenta Rd. from Hwy. 68 to end of maintenance and 4) Kaba Rd. from Hwy. 68 to Chino Dr. NW: 1) Chino Dr. from Egar Rd. to Estrella Rd., 2) Eden Rd. from Chino Dr. to Burro Dr. and 3) Elfrida Rd. from Chino Dr. to Burro Dr. Work on Shinarump Dr. between Aztec Rd. and Colorado Rd. remains ongoing. Perco Rock has been contracted by Mohave County to harden the low-water crossings, improve ditches/drainage, construct subgrade and place road base; this process will take approximately two months. The road section will be closed during this period.
White Hills: 1) Fairway Dr. from White Hills Rd. to end of maintenance and 2) Rolling Ridge Dr. from Fairway Dr. to White Fox Dr.
Dolan Springs: Road grading on 1) Fifteenth St. from Pierce Ferry Rd. to Kitmit Dr., 2) Fifteenth St. from Pierce Ferry Rd. to Lost Mine Dr., and 3) Lost Mine Dr. from Fifteenth St. to Fourteenth St.
Meadview: Pulling road shoulders on Pierce Ferry Rd. from Diamond Bar Rd. to park boundary and pot hole repairs on Pierce Ferry Rd. from Diamond Bar Rd. to park boundary.
Mohave Valley: Pot hole repairs in the Havasu Heights area of Lake Havasu. Street sweeping in the Bermuda Dunes area of Mohave Valley and in the Emerald River area of Fort Mohave. Road shoulder work on Oatman Hwy. from Oatman to Cool Springs.
