MOHAVE COUNTY – The citizens of Mohave County can expect the following activity from Mohave County Public Works
during the week of April 6:
Arizona Strip: Road grading on 1) Mt. Trumbull Loop and 2) Mud Mountain Rd. in Colorado City.
Kingman: Road grading on Calle Lucero. Crews will repairing pot holes and making right-of-way repairs in the Butler area.
Hackberry: Road grading on Hackberry Rd. from I-40 working north.
Wikieup: Road grading on Burro Creek Crossing Rd.
Yucca: Road grading on 1) Chicken Springs Rd. from Alamo Rd. to Hwy. 93, 2) Alamo Rd. from Mile 30 to Mile 50, 3) Butch Cassidy Rd. and 4) Juniper Dr.
Hualapai Mountain Area: Road grading on Silver Springs Rd. and crack sealing on DW Ranch Rd.
Golden Valley: Road grading on S: 1) Centennial Rd. from Oatman Hwy. to Ramon Dr., 2) Ramon Dr. from Centennial Rd. to Tampico Rd. and 3) Sacramento Rd. from Yucca Dr. to Oatman Hwy. SW: Crews will be repairing pot holes on Legend Ranch Rd. Work on Shinarump Dr. between Aztec Rd. and Colorado Rd. remains ongoing. Perco Rock has been contracted by Mohave County to harden the low-water crossings, improve ditches/drainage, construct subgrade and place road base. It is anticipated this work will be complete by mid-April. In early May, Earth Resources Corp. will be chip sealing the roadway.
Dolan Springs: Road grading on 1) Canyon Dr. from Third St. to First St., 2) Bullhead Rd. from Third St. to Pierce Ferry Rd., 3) Fifth St. from Pierce Ferry Rd. to Cattle Dr., 4) Laurel Rd. from Seventeenth St. to Nineteenth St., 5) Eighteenth St. from Ocitilla Rd. to North Dr. and 6) Twentythird St. from Pierce Ferry Rd. to Telegraph Dr.
Meadview: Pulling road shoulders on Pierce Ferry Rd. from Diamond Bar Rd. to park boundary, blading on Greggs Hideout Rd. from Pierce
Rd. to park boundary and repairing pot holes on Sandy Point Dr. from Yates Dr. to Sandview Dr.
Mohave Valley: Crews will be chip sealing in the Pebble Lake area of Fort Mohave. Also, they will be street sweeping on Lake Dr in Lake Havasu, repairing pot holes in the Desert Lakes area and doing storm clean-up in the Tierra Del Rio area of Fort Mohave.
