Hello my beloved Mohave County!

I am certainly looking forward to the fall and cooler weather!

I wanted to share with you that your 2024 property tax statements will be coming out toward the end of this month. They will have a new and improved design for better readability and significant cost savings! The new one-page statement is more efficient and fits on a single legal-sized page! Saving on paper, postage and printing! That’s a 9% reduction in cost, that is nearly $13 thousand dollars in savings!  The new tax bill is easy to read with color-coded authority details, we have even added a pie chart showing distribution of tax dollars!

Those of you that have a property that is paid through your mortgage will receive a simple postcard!

Paperless options are still available and highly encourage! Emailed statements; E-notices, are available.

Almost 11,500 Mohave County residents participate in the E-notices program, saving the County an additional $10 thousand annually! If you are interested in signing up for E-Notices, please visit mohave.gov, and click on the Treasurer’s page.

As a reminder, the due date for the first half installment of 2024 property taxes is due October 1, 2024 becoming delinquent after November 1, 2024.

Our office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
