Contractors needed for housing rehab program

LAKE HAVASU CITY – Lake Havasu City is seeking general contractors who have the appropriate licensing or who will subcontract with licensed contractors to complete housing rehabilitation projects for low-income homeowners who qualify through their Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing Rehabilitation Program. Projects may include replacing roofs, performing weatherization, electrical, plumbing, and other similar improvements.  The CDBG Program is a federally funded program, administered by Lake Havasu City.

All contractors must be licensed and insured, in good standing with the Registrar of Contractors, have a valid City business license, and have an IRS Tax ID (EIN) and a DUNS Number. 

Any general contractors interested in bidding on Community Development Block Grant Housing Rehabilitation projects should contact Holly Morin, Grants Administrator, at 928-854-0711.  All contractors on the list of qualified and approved Contractors are notified via email of any bid invitation.
