Community Health Fair set for Saturday, Oct. 5

LAKE HAVASU CITY – Don’t let the warm temperatures of Lake Havasu fool you, autumn is here, just in time for the Havasu Health Foundation’s annual Health Fair. The foundation is all about spreading health care options throughout the community with their ongoing events.

With several healthcare Mohave County vendors expected to be in attendance this year, the event will have over fifty health and wellness vendors ready to share information about their products and services. The Havasu Regional Medical Health Center will be present showing the latest in cardiology care.

Arizona Complete Health Care will be at the fair when attendees can learn more about their programs. Other vendors scheduled to attend will be River Valley Home Health, and Regional Center for Border Health will be there offering seasonal vaccines for viruses like COVID 19 and the flu.

It will also be a good time to have an eye exam. Lake Havasu Eye Care will be offering free eye exams at this year’s event as well. The fair is free to the public, and the Community Health Fair will be on Saturday, October 5 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Aquatic Center. The Havasu Health Foundation wants the public to be aware that above everything else, your health should come first.
