“Comedy at the Edge” offers packed lineup

LAUGHLIN, Nev. – LA Comedy Club has announced its December lineup at the recently opened Dragon’s Edge showroom at Edgewater Casino Resort.

Comedy Club at Edgewater offers shows at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. nightly from Wednesday through Sunday. The L.A. Comedy Club presents James Michael’s Redneck Comedy Show at 5 p.m. nightly. A hilarious lineup will take the stage nightly at 7 p.m. in December, including whose combined credits span Hulu, HBO, Comedy Central, TBS and more

Wednesday through Sunday:  

* No shows Wednesday, Dec. 20 through Sunday, Dec. 24 

* 5 p.m.: James Michael’s Redneck Comedy Magic Show  

No 5 p.m. shows Wednesday, Dec. 13 through Friday, Dec. 15 and Sunday, Dec. 17 

Michael, a Mississippi native, is a part-time tattoo artist, fitness model and comedic magician. Known for his sleight of hand, comedic timing and fun antics on stage, Michael has brought laughs around the world for more than 30 years by means of cruise ships, corporate functions, and television shows. He has been named among Las Vegas’ top 10 magicians for three consecutive years and has been awarded the silver medal winner of the best magic show in Las Vegas in 2020. 

* 7 p.m.: Touring headliners featuring some of the nation’s top comedians. ?

Rossi began his career at the age of 12 at the “Lido” in Paris,, and has been entertaining audiences all over the world ever since with his unique blend of physical comedy, stand-up, and mind-blowing acrobatics. He has been the shining star in variety shows all over including Bally’s Hotel and Casino in Reno,the Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas, throughout Europe and as a cruise line entertainer. Macaggi also headlined created by Karen Bruce, the choreographer behind the stage adaptation of “Saturday Night Fever” and custom-tailored to his comedic and acrobatic talents, leaving audiences in stitches at every stop. 

* Wednesday, Dec. 6 through Sunday, Dec. 10: Rocky Dale Davis  

Rocky Dale Davis is a nationally touring comedian and social media influencer with viral videos on TikTok and Instagram that have over 500 million views and 1 million followers. A Southern boy from Brookwood, AL. Rocky first appeared on television on CMT’s reality TV show “RedNeck Island” hosted by Stone Cold Steve Austin. Most recently, Davis was hand picked by Kevin Hart to be a part of his new stand up show “Hart Of The City” on Comedy Central that showcases young talent across the country. Some of the popular names that Davis has opened for include: Bert Kreischer, Tom Segura, Damion Wayans Jr., Ralphie May, Tommy Davidson, Donnell Rawlings and Michael Blackson.

* Wednesday, Dec. 27 through Sunday, Dec. 31: Roberto Rodriguez 

Roberto Rodriguez is known for his explosive energy and memorable performances on stage. Rodriguez has garnered critical acclaim for his detailed characters, voices and ability to engage the crowd and bring them into his head. As the comedy scene grew, he became a rising star in mainstream comedy. He performed numerous shows including “Latin Comedy Explosion” and “Latin Princes’ of Comedy”. In 2007, after 6 long years, Rodriguez auditioned and was chosen for the 2007 Latino Laugh Festival. Riding on his success from the Festival, he moved to Los Angeles and took his career to the next level. He has since toured the country and has been showcased at the “Laugh Factory”, Richard Villa’s “Refried Fridays”, is an opener/showcased at the “Ice House” and a regular at “Hollywood Improv.”
