garbage man One man's trash...

KINGMAN – The City of Kingman is pleased to announce a limited-time opportunity for residential Solid Waste customers to receive one free bulk trash pick-up during the month of May. This offer is available to the first 100 eligible customers who request service and have not received a free bulk pick-up in the past six months.

Each participating customer is eligible for one bulk pick-up of up to five (5) cubic yards. The City’s extra trash and bulky item collection service allows for the disposal of items that do not fit in standard residential containers, including furniture, tree limbs, yard waste, and certain construction materials.

Standard trash restrictions still apply, and items such as refrigerators or air conditioning units with compressors still attached will not be accepted. Customers may contact local appliance centers for Freon removal and appliance disposal options.

Under normal circumstances, this service is provided at a fee of $25.75. However, during this special promotion, qualifying customers can take advantage of it at no charge.

To request a free bulk pick-up, please contact: The Solid Waste Division at (928) 692-3115.  Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

We encourage residents to take advantage of this opportunity early, as availability is limited.
